See what insiders buy.
Legally.

CEOs, directors and hedge funds have to file every buy with the SEC. Insidr reads those filings the day they land and links each one to a stock token you can trade on Robinhood Chain, around the clock.

$INSIDR

The term sheet. Short, fixed, public.

  1. Live at launchGovernance. Holders vote on which fund the wire tracks next, weighted by balance.
  2. Live at launchBuyback. Our share of trading fees on Pons is set to buy $INSIDR off the market.
  3. Phase 2First alerts. Holders get every insider buy in Telegram the moment it is filed, before it hits X.
  4. Phase 2Whale wire. Big stock token buys on Robinhood Chain, live from the chain itself.

Bought-back tokens are held in the Pons buyback vault, which releases them over five years; they are not burned. Phase 2 features are not live and may change. The token gives no claim on any asset or revenue.

Questions

Is this insider trading?

No. Insider trading means trading on information the public does not have. Insidr shows only public SEC filings that executives and funds are legally required to publish, after they are published.

Do I need $INSIDR to use it?

No. The wire is free and stays free. Holding $INSIDR gives you a vote on what we track next, and later the first alerts.

How fast is the data?

Insiders file within two business days of a trade. Funds file 13F reports up to 45 days after each quarter, so fund books show what they held then, not today.

Where does the data come from?

SEC EDGAR for Form 4 and 13F filings, Robinhood's official stock token registry for token addresses, and Robinhood Chain itself for wallets and live prices.

Who can buy stock tokens?

Stock tokens are issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited and are not available to US persons or in several other jurisdictions, including the UK and Canada.

Is this investment advice?

No. Insiders buy for many reasons and are often early or wrong. Insidr shows what the filings say; what you do with it is up to you.
